Located just outside of Newark, Farndon is an attractive linear village nestled beside the River Trent. 

It has good transport links as it is adjacent the A46 bypass, and has quick access to Newark which has rail links to all parts of the country.  

It Parish Council currently has nine serving Councillors.  The current Council was elected in May 2023 and will serve until elections in 2027.  

It meets on the fourth Monday of every month, except for August and December, with meetings starting at 6.30pm in the Parish Room.  All members of the public are welcome to attend.
